About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform home energy assessments and recommend appropriate attic and crawl space solutions to our clients.
  • Explain the associated benefits honestly and accurately and then offer solutions for any concerns, including financing options.
  • Submit job proposals and keep track of customers and prospects.
  • Follow up with clients and attend sales training to improve industry knowledge.
  • Attend building science sessions and trade shows to develop more leads.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge about the technical aspects of building science.
  • Ability to perform energy audits for homeowners.
  • Ability to quickly learn and follow the DR Energy Saver sales process.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 40 lbs., climbing ladders, and crawling in hot attics and crawl spaces.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Reliable transportation to drive to appointments in our service area.
  • Business acumen and understanding of sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction theories and practices.
