Role Details: Full-Time Desk Clerk, Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas, units, and grounds, documenting findings.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries and taking messages as necessary.
  • Oversee guest registrations and resident activities.
  • Facilitate rent collection, prepare bank deposits, and maintain records of maintenance requests.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new residents, including application processing and explaining policies.
  • Support the preparation of vacancy and delinquency reports.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with federal and state housing regulations and property management software such as OneSite or NextGen is preferred, though training will be provided if necessary.
