The Administrative Support Specialist II role at The Judge Group is essential for executing a range of clerical and administrative functions that facilitate the effective operation of the office. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, proficient data entry capabilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

This role is part of the Ability One program, which provides opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities to engage in various roles within our Government Contracted positions.

Compensation: $17.20 per hour, with an additional $4.57 per hour in Health & Welfare benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver general administrative assistance by managing communications, organizing files, and maintaining documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Compile and sustain reports, spreadsheets, and databases to monitor various office functions.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Execute data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to promote seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Follow established procedures, policies, and guidelines to uphold confidentiality and data security.
Requirements:

1. A high school diploma is mandatory.

2. Previous experience in a general clerk or similar administrative capacity.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

4. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented atmosphere.

9. Familiarity with military or government administrative processes and systems is advantageous.

10. This position necessitates an Active Secret security clearance or the capacity to undergo a Government investigation to secure a Secret clearance.
