Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, this role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our leadership team, including handling time-sensitive clerical duties and responding to inquiries.
  • Front Desk Reception: Welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting: Perform bookkeeping tasks, including receiving and processing vendor invoices, updating financial records, and tracking project progress.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing employee documents, scheduling interviews, and supporting open enrollment.
  • Communication and Reporting: Create informational presentations, provide administrative support for our operations team, and maintain general office files.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or some college in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 or more years of office administration experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), comfortable handling confidential information, and bookkeeping and/or HR administrative experience preferred.
