Solvere Technical Group LLC is a dedicated provider of professional services, established in 2017. We are currently seeking a reliable Office Coordinator to work on a part-time basis, handling a range of administrative and clerical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute general office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • Arrange travel logistics for senior management
  • Organize and maintain documents within filing systems
  • Process expense reports for senior executives
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events to ensure their success
  • Handle package deliveries and local item distribution
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Moreover, the Office Coordinator must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining regular communication with senior management.
