About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Sales Director to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities within your market segment.

As an IT Sales Director, you will collaborate with our pre-sales and technical teams to develop and deliver comprehensive IT solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT services landscape, a passion for customer success, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, and referral-based activities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with top-level executives and key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized IT solutions that address client needs
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely updates on account activities to senior management
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong market position
Requirements
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas in the IT market, ideally with experience selling to Public Sector organizations
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Familiarity with Cisco (and related ecosystem) products and solutions is a plus
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within market segment for client meetings and engagements
