Job Description

At Hireio, Inc., we are seeking a talented Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize SKU listings across all organic platforms.
  • Become an expert on assigned accounts, understanding their needs, strategies, and objectives.
  • Utilize Category Management and Fact Based Selling concepts to generate more business within each account.
  • Manage merchant relationships to effectively complete all administrative forms, promotion programs, resets, or projects necessary.
  • Work with merchants and executive teams to identify and evaluate new product ideas.
  • Target specific prospect accounts for conversion, execute sales action plans, understand account needs, develop relationships, and assist in securing new business.
  • Create and deliver retailer-specific presentations for PLR, Promotions, Mid-Season updates, etc.
  • Build and closely manage relationships with customers at the buyer level and beyond to create or enhance the partnership.
  • Provide Division VP with regular summaries of current total POS performance across assigned accounts and future sales forecast.

Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of experience with product marketing and account management required, digital marketing preferred.
  • Team building and leadership experience required.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including time and resource management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline required.
