Job Title: Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Hogan Hospitality Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase occupancy levels

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure alignment with hotel objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
