Position Overview: Renogy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our revenue and customer base in the off-grid energy market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, a deep understanding of the clean energy industry, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  2. Identify and prioritize target accounts, leveraging market research and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
  3. Build trusted, lasting partnerships with executives, key decision-makers, and influencers of various off-grid energy channels.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of customers.
  5. Assess operational issues regarding competitiveness, staying current in terms of trends, innovations, and pricing.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Technical selling experience with a high technical acumen.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong track record of closing deals over $1M.
  • Ability to negotiate in contracts, as well as excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementing skills.
