Drive Sales Growth with NetXperts
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at NetXperts, a leading IT services firm specializing in innovative technology solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities within your market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, and referral-based activities
- Establish and nurture relationships with top-level executives and key decision-makers within target organizations
- Collaborate with our pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized IT solutions that address client needs
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the IT market
- Experience selling to Public Sector organizations, including successfully converting new prospects into clients
- Willingness to travel within market segment for client meetings and engagements
