Business Development Assistant

SWBC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial services company and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist our financial advisors in building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Travel to various locations to support client events, seminars, and other business activities.
- Manage client accounts, including updating records, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and products to existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and present client reports, including sales and productivity data, to support business decisions.
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of our business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel locally and work in a team environment.
