Pharmaceutical Sales Professional

VonKohn Search Group is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and drive sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the company in a professional manner, adhering to all policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of disease states, products, and market trends to effectively educate healthcare professionals
- Identify and prioritize key healthcare provider targets, and develop strategic plans to engage with them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, meetings, and customer feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to inform sales strategies
- 1-3 years of outside/B2B sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
Sales Specialists will work independently, setting their own schedules to accommodate doctor appointments and meetings. Travel will be required within the assigned territory, and prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer are expected.
