Job Overview

Team JAS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prospect and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the aviation industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
