Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement Specialist

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Science Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our CNS Franchise, you will be responsible for engaging healthcare providers in the CNS arena through a variety of in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage healthcare providers through a range of channels, including in-person meetings, virtual events, and digital communications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Provide expert-level knowledge of our products and their approved indications, as well as the latest clinical research and trends in the CNS space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support, to ensure seamless execution of customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in customer engagement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty, including the development of targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer engagement role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific and clinical information to a range of audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Advanced degree in a life sciences or related field.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the CNS market and trends, as well as experience working with payers and patient advocacy groups.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
