ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Brooksource. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3-5 designated target accounts
- Consult with clients to create solutions that help drive change and successful projects within their organization
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of our targeted accounts
- Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for their project roadmaps
- Meet and exceed target sales goals
- Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with your manager and sales support team
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
As a Sales Representative at Brooksource, you will undergo comprehensive training and development programs to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. Our training programs include:
- Multi-stage sales training that covers organizational, IT industry, and sales foundations
- Sales Readiness program that provides knowledge of our sales playbook, core competencies, and key selling skills
- Role-playing situational selling exercises and ride-alongs with senior account executives
- Establishing your client portfolio and fostering executive-level relationships
