Sales Manager Opportunity at Webb Automotive Group

Webb Automotive Group is a forward-thinking company seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive our sales team's success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for customer retention, profitability, and the overall performance of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach sales team on effective closing techniques through training and active participation
  • Manage showroom activities for a large sales team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance
  • Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales employees
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Coach sales reps on best practices for improving performance
  • Monitor and analyze salespeople's performance
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and promotions
  • Establish delivery procedures and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Forecast sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Strong Auto Sales and Sales Management Experience
  • Excellent Closing Skills
  • Strong Ethics and Values
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Excellent People Skills
  • Must Pass Background and Drug Screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record test
