Webb Automotive Group is a forward-thinking company seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive our sales team's success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for customer retention, profitability, and the overall performance of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach sales team on effective closing techniques through training and active participation
- Manage showroom activities for a large sales team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance
- Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales employees
- Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
- Coach sales reps on best practices for improving performance
- Monitor and analyze salespeople's performance
- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and promotions
- Establish delivery procedures and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Forecast sales goals and objectives
- Strong Auto Sales and Sales Management Experience
- Excellent Closing Skills
- Strong Ethics and Values
- Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
- Excellent People Skills
- Must Pass Background and Drug Screen
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record test
- Compensation Range $140,000.00 to $200,000.00+
