Job Description

The Barry Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its team as a Case Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with clients, providing them with case status updates, and obtaining critical information from clients during the settlement phase of the case.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the general phases of a civil lawsuit and provide clear explanations to clients.
  • Update clients on the status of their case, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Answer general questions from clients about the different phases of their case, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Interact with defense counsel and car dealerships to schedule vehicle surrenders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist clients in assembling documents required for the settlement of their case, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

  • Aligning with our Firm's core values, the ideal candidate is someone who has:
  • Fluent Spanish language skills, with the ability to read and speak with ease.
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience with tele-marketing, intake, and/or handling high volumes of calls on a daily basis (prior experience in a law firm is not required, but preferred).
  • The ability to be polite, professional, and eloquent while speaking with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • The ability to work cohesively and constructively with all levels of firm personnel.
  • The ability to work independently, manage a large workload, and meet deadlines.
