Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Fpg, LLC. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
- Present and demonstrate the unique capabilities of our 3D printing solutions, aligning them with clients' specific needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, following up on leads and guiding them through the sales cycle to close.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

- Proven track record in sales.
- Strong value-based, solution, and complex selling skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into clear value propositions for clients.
