We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through research and networking. You will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to engage prospects and schedule meetings. Your goal will be to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. You will also track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM software, and contribute to team goals and targets.

Our client is a 20+ year-old staffing and recruitment leader that values employees, helps companies grow, and finds the right roles for job seekers. They specialize in accounting & finance, technology, supply chain, healthcare revenue cycle, administrative, call center, human resources, and marketing positions. If you have a Bachelor of Arts degree and 1+ year of BDR experience, and are willing to commute to West Loop or the Loop (Downtown Chicago), we encourage you to apply.
