Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at Blue Fig USA, an authorized independent retailer of Cricket Wireless. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Assume direct responsibility for all day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, cash handling, and point-of-sale procedures.
- Sell devices, accessories, and other Cricket offerings to meet/exceed established quotas.
- Train, coach, develop, and manage the sales team through the direction of the District Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, plus commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance eligible after 60 days.
