Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Johnson Screens Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting growth of Airvac technology by identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales revenue in multiple vacuum technology markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including engineering firms, developers, contractors, and municipalities.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various methods, including social media platforms, cold calling, and trade shows.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
