Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Workplace Advisors. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key accounts in the Tampa, Florida area.
The successful candidate will utilize their product knowledge, strategic sales approaches, and outstanding communication skills to drive growth and foster customer satisfaction.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the Role- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years' sales and distribution experience, building materials or construction industry experience strongly preferred
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining close relationships with key accounts and purchasing personnel
- Conducting face-to-face visits and sales calls to educate customers on products and support their growth
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and in-person meetings
