We are seeking an Ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Motive Marketing Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other industry partners. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow business and increase revenue
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships through proactive communication and relationship development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at carrier companies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Over 3 years of experience in client service, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, Health Care Reform, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
