About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator I to join our team at Texas A&M Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning, development, and implementation of various initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, hosting, implementation, and participant tracking of events, such as institutes, professional development, meetings, or partnerships.
  • Coordinate the logistics of meetings, appointments, and timelines related to projects.
  • Maintain project documents, reports, and records.
  • Collaborate with and provide regular updates to departments, grant personnel, and stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding program offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of call center, administrative, program coordination, or closely related experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Knowledge of call center capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in communications.
  • 5 years of call center and community outreach experience.
  • Experience in outreach programs.
  • Experience in a call center or reception.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
