Job Summary

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team in the newly established student resource hub. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to student success and foster student belonging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate student staff to provide exceptional support to students.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to ensure student staff are equipped to assist students with navigating University resources.
  • Collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to identify and address the needs of a diverse student population.
  • Assist the Director in the facilitation of the Student Advisory Board and the development of outreach programs to educate the University community about accessing the resource hub.
  • Participate in the administration and interpretation of assessment efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of the resource hub.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and supervising student staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
