We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to join our Carnegie Hall fundraising team as a Telefundraising Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with Carnegie Hall concertgoers and donors to secure support for our prestigious client's music education and outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to Carnegie Hall concertgoers and donors to solicit support for our client's programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors to increase giving and retention
  • Meet or exceed monthly fundraising goals
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of fundraising or sales experience, preferably in the arts or non-profit sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
