We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Dale Carnegie of Kentucky and Central Ohio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and strategically expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Landing new accounts through outbound prospecting calls
  • Growing accounts with existing relationships
  • Meeting with existing clients and new prospects to offer solutions

Requirements:
  • Recommended: Bachelor's Degree
  • MUST live in the Columbus metro area
  • Full-time (40+ hours weekly)
  • Willingness to work from home
  • Minimum Key Performance Indicators must be met consistently
