Client Relationship Manager

Objective:
To ensure client retention through effective service and management of relationships, both internally and externally. Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of an assigned portfolio, which includes processing policies and endorsements, invoicing, issuing certificates of insurance, and handling claims reporting and follow-up as necessary. Responsibilities also encompass premium breakdowns, auto ID cards, policy modifications, reviewing policy documents, providing coverage comparisons, conducting loss analysis, and addressing coverage inquiries.
Delegate support tasks to Account Assistants in accordance with Profit Center Procedures.Foster positive and productive relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to enhance client retention.
Identify coverage gaps and consult with leadership or producers to provide clients with informed options.
Oversee the renewal process for all assigned clients in collaboration with the marketing department and/or producers. This includes ordering updated loss information, gathering necessary data, managing renewal applications, renewal marketing, account rounding, reviewing and negotiating renewal pricing, and preparing renewal proposals and binders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and client disclosure requirements, reviewing policies, endorsements, and certificates to align with client expectations and legal standards.
Assist in expanding the assigned portfolio through account rounding and referrals.Qualifications:
Proven experience managing commercial lines, particularly in construction and trade accounts.
Possession of a valid Insurance Producer license in good standing.
