Job Description

**About the Role**

Pkaza is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead the engineering and design of facility and building systems for Data Centers and other Critical Facilities Projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all phases of project management, from design to delivery, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage client relationships and expectations through effective communication and project management
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers and technical staff, to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering project management, with a focus on Critical Facilities Design and Commissioning
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture
  • P.E. license or AIA certification, or working towards it
  • PMP certification a plus
