Position Overview

As a leading authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless, we pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries, showcasing products and services, and verifying stock levels.
  • Promote and sell wireless products and services effectively.
  • Facilitate the sale of devices, accessories, and other offerings from Cricket.
  • Participate in training sessions to gain comprehensive knowledge of product features and industry trends.

Core Duties:

  • Achieve sales targets by engaging with both new and existing customers.
  • Present products and services compellingly to foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including completing contracts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, pricing plans, promotions, and service features through ongoing learning.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management regarding competitive offerings and customer needs.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology to enhance customer understanding.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing journey with insightful questions and expert advice.
  • Consult with customers to identify their wireless service requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with store operational procedures, including inventory management and maintaining store standards.
  • Address customer service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of daily cash handling and sales transactions.
  • Conduct daily performance assessments as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet store or market objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Positive attitude with a strong motivation to achieve results.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a solid understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and quotas.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage starting at $12.00.
  • Compensation structure includes base pay plus commission, with payments made weekly.
  • Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance benefits after a specified period.

Job Type:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time positions available.
  • Hourly, Non-Exempt classification.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift items weighing between 10 to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent walking and standing, with regular bending and reaching required.
