Key Responsibilities

Achieve new business production targets as set forth.

Identify and generate new business through various leads and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty.

Increase sales revenue through effective communication via phone, email, and client outreach.


Qualifications

A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and receptive to coaching.

Must demonstrate high levels of self-motivation.

A driven and goal-focused individual.

Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience.

No insurance background is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.

220 License or 440 License is required.
