KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries, showcasing products and services, and verifying stock levels.
  • Promote and sell wireless devices, accessories, and services.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Achieve sales targets by effectively marketing wireless solutions to both new and existing clientele.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective presentations of products and services.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including completing contracts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about pricing, promotions, and service features.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management regarding competitive offerings.
  • Conduct in-store demonstrations to help customers understand the latest technology.
  • Guide customers through their purchasing journey with insightful questions and expert advice.
  • Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate wireless services.
  • Ensure compliance with store operational procedures, including inventory management and maintaining store appearance.
  • Address customer service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accuracy in daily cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Complete daily observations as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet store objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Positive attitude with a strong motivation to achieve results.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a solid understanding of the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capacity to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Proven ability to meet sales objectives.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Hourly wage starting at $12.00.
  • Compensation structure includes base pay plus commission, with weekly payouts.
  • Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance benefits after 60 days of employment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Ability to lift items weighing between 10 to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent walking and standing, with regular bending and reaching.
