Role Summary:

As a Territory Sales Consultant at Bo's Electric and Gas, you will be instrumental in broadening our customer base and enhancing revenue streams. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential business opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients, and advocating for our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver backup power solutions to potential clients by conducting multiple in-home consultations daily.
    • Perform comprehensive needs assessments to identify clients' energy requirements and challenges, recommending suitable solutions from our offerings.
  2. Manage your sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
  3. Employ persuasive sales techniques to address objections, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements, consistently striving to meet and exceed sales goals.
  4. Engage in prospecting and lead generation by scheduling additional meetings with potential clients through networking and relationship-building with industry leaders, while also generating referrals from satisfied customers.
    • While most leads are generated through company marketing efforts, Territory Sales Consultants are expected to create 10-20% of their own leads.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a history of closing deals and meeting sales targets
  • Self-driven and results-focused, with a proactive approach to achieving goals
  • A passion for learning and experimenting with new strategies
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated region
