We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Account Manager. As a key member of our Commercial HVAC sales team, you will be responsible for selling and servicing our climate solutions products to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and service our HVAC equipment and building management controls to customers
- Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for customer buildings
- Competitive base pay and commission/incentive plan
- Lodging, daily stipend, and relocation provided during the 5-month training
- Opportunity to work with a world-leading company in the HVAC industry
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness programs, and 401K matching
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis)
- Valid driver's license and ability to provide proof of insurance
- No major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI in the previous 3 years
