Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Training Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial HVAC sales team, you will be responsible for selling our climate solutions products to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to our customers.
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay of $84,680.
  • Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation provided during the 5-month training program.
  • Uncapped compensation opportunity for our Associate Account Managers.
Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
