PLANTA Restaurants is seeking a visionary Culinary Leader to spearhead our culinary operations and drive excellence in guest experience.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our fast-paced and innovative company. As a Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for championing hospitality, leading a high-performing culinary team, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts and seasonal specials in collaboration with Executive Culinary leadership.
  • Oversee product preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to restaurant standards.
  • Implement standard operating procedures and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing while minimizing waste and labor costs.
  • Recruit and hire top talent, train and supervise culinary team members, and empower sous chefs and supervisors with information, resources, and development opportunities.
  • Foster positive and direct lines of communication between all departments and senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Company's policies and procedures, as well as city, state, and federal laws.
  • Responsible for operating within all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards per the department of health.
