- Documentation: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Access Management: Grant, modify, and disable access to company applications as needed.
- Process Onboarding/Offboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees and departing staff.
- Shared Mailbox Management: Manage shared mailboxes and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Audit Support: Provide evidence for audit requests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- SOX, PWC, Audit, Compliance Experience: Proven experience in SOX, PWC, audit, and compliance.
- Process Improvement Experience: Experience in process improvement using agile, scrum, lean, ITIL, or green belt methodologies.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft Office/O365, and PowerShell.
