Job Summary:

Farnsworth Group is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for resolving helpdesk tickets, assisting staff with day-to-day IT issues, and providing employees with IT orientation. You will also configure and image laptops using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune, and assist with various IT projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware and software issues

Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues

Provide employees with IT Orientation

Configure and image laptops utilizing SCCM and InTune

Assist with various IT projects as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in IT or related field preferred

3-6 years applicable IT experience

Ability to work self-sufficiently as part of a company-wide distributed team

CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
