Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facility Condition Assessment Specialist to join our team at JGMS Government Services, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of large, complex buildings and facilities to assess their condition and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site inspections of buildings and facilities to assess their condition and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize expertise in multiple areas of construction to identify inventory and assess the condition of individual facility systems and building components.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of inspection findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving facility condition and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facility condition assessment and management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility condition assessment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of conducting thorough and accurate inspections.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • TS/SCI security clearance required.
