Position: Sales Account Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and enhance existing client accounts while acquiring new business within your designated territory.
• Offer effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging our catalog of over 40,000 high-quality products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with the assistance of our dedicated sales support team.

Training and Development:
• Benefit from a robust onboarding process, including 4 weeks of training followed by a 12-week mentorship program, along with regular strategy meetings with leadership.
• Manage accounts across various industries, with opportunities to explore new markets.

Work-Life Balance:
• Plan your week effectively by spending Mondays in the office with your colleagues, ensuring a balanced work-life approach.
• Conduct face-to-face customer visits from Tuesday to Friday.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
