Position Overview

The Territory Manager plays a crucial role in driving new client acquisition, nurturing existing client relationships, and revitalizing previous business engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary expert on the products and services provided by the organization.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process.
  • Formulate and implement growth strategies tailored to the designated territory.
  • Create and maintain a prioritized list of potential clients within the territory, along with a strategic approach to secure their business.
  • Gain insights into the competitive landscape in the assigned area and identify what differentiates Magneto & Diesel Injector Service Inc from other suppliers.
  • Engage in trade exhibitions, customer gatherings, sales initiatives, and other community involvement opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce effectively to organize and manage all sales-related activities.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the automotive or transportation sectors.
  • Familiarity with diesel engine components is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and work autonomously.
  • Exhibit consistency, accuracy, and follow-through in all tasks.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screenings is required.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Driving record must meet the eligibility criteria established by the organization.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
