  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and business performance.

Requirements
  • Possess a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
  • Bilingual skills, fluent in both English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
