- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
- Prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging leads and referral sources to drive growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new marketing and sales initiatives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and business performance.
Requirements
- Possess a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
- Bilingual skills, fluent in both English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
