Role Overview

In the capacity of a Senior SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst, you will utilize your technical acumen in SAP GRC risk assessment, configuration of GRC, and intricate security roles. Your role will encompass both implementation and support initiatives within the enterprise finance and supply chain sectors of the organization. You will contribute significantly by independently aligning Fiori applications and ABAP transactions with the appropriate business processes, facilitating new application configurations, enhancements, and ongoing support provided by the Security team. As a Senior SAP GRC Analyst, you will architect and implement solutions aimed at enhancing security and advancing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program initiatives. Proficiency in job-based roles, Fiori spaces, and task mapping will be essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders and functional teams to comprehend requirements, convert them into security specifications, and develop scalable authorization solutions that cater to the needs of a rapidly expanding organization.
  • Design, develop, and deploy SAP Security solutions for new initiatives and ongoing enhancements across core modules of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.
  • Participate in multiple concurrent projects through activities such as creating new role-based configurations, updating existing roles, and managing user account setups through various testing phases, cutover, and hyper-care support.
  • Assist in the mass loading of security objects using scripts, manage authorizations and Fiori debugging, and address complex security issues with a sense of urgency in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP security controls and procedures.
  • Oversee the administration of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance system, which includes access control, risk management, emergency access requests, business role management, and compliance reporting.
  • Responsible for maintaining SAP users, authorizations, roles, GRC risks, Segregation of Duties (SOD), mitigation strategies, and audit reviews for S/4 HANA and FIORI security, including setting up catalogs and groups, and target mapping of semantic objects and actions.
  • Facilitate GRC implementation, automation, and upgrades, focusing on Access risk analysis, Access request management, business role management, and emergency access management applications integrated with GRC/S4.
  • Support various SAP testing cycles conducted by the testing team.
  • Provide assistance with SAP GRC for access management, risk analysis, role management, risk assessment, and emergency access functionalities.
  • Coordinate User Access Review (UAR) processes and ensure timely completion of reviews by designated reviewers.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP GRC and Security consultant.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience in implementing solutions across multiple modules of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with internal and external auditing processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing modules such as PP, QM, PM, EWM, etc., is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing new roles and authorizations in ECC or S/4HANA, as well as with GRC Access Control and Risk Management modules.
  • Experience in implementing authorizations in SAP BTP and SAP Fiori is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
