About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Topgolf. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, development, and direction to our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and development to kitchen staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Ensure all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet Topgolf's high standards and commitment to quality.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to proper food handling techniques and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory and labor costs, making informed decisions to optimize kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
