  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to kitchen staff, ensuring that they are aware of workplace expectations and are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Quality Control: Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard, meeting the quality and consistency expectations of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
