Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Topgolf. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and direction to our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and development to kitchen staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Ensure all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet Topgolf's high standards and commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to proper food handling techniques and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory and labor costs, making informed decisions to optimize kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership, team management, and staff development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
