We Are Currently Looking for a Customer Service Representative. Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Have a background in customer service.
  • Be service-oriented and capable of addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, proficient in handling phone communications, scheduling appointments, and taking pride in delivering accurate work.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide timely service with a positive and supportive demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
  • Be a collaborative team member, assisting fellow team members in addressing customer needs related to HVAC systems.
  • Be available for first shift with various scheduling options (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm).
  • Work a schedule of Mon-Fri, or Tues-Sat, or Wed-Sun.
  • Possess HVAC experience, which is advantageous.
