We Are Currently Seeking a Customer Service Representative. Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Have a background in customer service.
  • Be service-oriented and adept at resolving customer issues.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, proficient in phone communication, scheduling appointments, and take pride in the accuracy of their work.
  • Deliver timely service with a positive and supportive demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
  • Be a collaborative team member, assisting fellow staff in addressing customer needs related to HVAC systems.
  • Be available for first shift with various scheduling options (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm).
  • Work Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday, or Wednesday to Sunday.
  • HVAC experience is advantageous.
