Position Overview

The Bilingual Customer Care Representative role is designed to deliver exceptional service and sales assistance to both current and potential clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a representative of the company by providing a high standard of professionalism and quality through outstanding customer service and support, utilizing effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns by offering solutions, recommendations, and detailed product information with urgency and a positive demeanor.
  • Maintain and process necessary documentation with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry in CRM and client systems.
  • Recognize potential sales opportunities and suggest relevant products to customers.
  • Translate and interpret between foreign languages and English as required.
  • Efficiently manage daily tasks within established timelines, prioritizing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Meet performance metrics and deadlines in a dynamic, high-performing team environment while providing support to other teams as needed.
  • Proactively enhance product knowledge and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Recommend improvements to management regarding service, products, and procedures to promote operational excellence.
  • Report any training needs or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements as a fundamental aspect of this role.

Leadership Expectations

This position does not involve direct reports but requires active participation in supporting strategic initiatives and personal development, including the application of Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English or French and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is necessary.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex product knowledge and navigate multiple software applications while engaging with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
