Leadership and Development

While this position does not involve direct supervision of others, it requires active participation in supporting strategic initiatives and personal growth through the application of Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English or French and English is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is essential.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex product knowledge and navigate multiple software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
