Position Overview
The Bilingual Customer Care Representative role is designed to deliver exceptional, professional service and sales assistance to both current and potential clients. This position utilizes a consultative method that embodies the values and principles of Alta Resources and our partners. Responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: managing inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat, and traditional mail; performing data entry; conducting surveys; validating orders; and fulfilling sample requests. This role is crucial in addressing, analyzing, and resolving customer inquiries, providing product support, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Leadership and Development

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English or French and English is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is essential.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex product knowledge and navigate multiple software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
